Data protection regulations
During the event, photos and video recordings of the speakers and screenshots with participants will be made as impressions of the event, which will be used to document the event inside and outside Labour Digital (intranet, website, social media channels, press). Photos and video recordings selected for publication are usually not automatically deleted. The permissibility of the production and use of the recordings results from a weighing of the interests of Labour Digital worthy of protection with those of the speakers and participants, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. If Labour Digital uses screenshots for documentation purposes, any recognizable names of participants will be deleted before publication. If you, as a participant, do not wish to be photographed in the context of a screenshot, please inform us via (stefanie.mieth@unionhack.de) or deactivate your camera on your terminal. Speakers please get in touch with your respective contact person. In all other respects the data protection information of Labour Digital GmbH, available at www.unionhack.de/en/privacy-policy, applies.
